Taking the theory from the gap assessment and testing it in a POC against the use cases.

4. Vendor Selection
If your POC is not able to achieve the use cases, now is the time to begin exploring new Martech vendors that will enable this additional functionality.
I will build the assessment criteria, conduct the comparison, and advice on the vendor to select.

Get a complete understanding of the vendor ecosystem.
Ensure that the benefits of the vendors out weight the costs.
Navigate past the “sales pitch” of each of the vendors.
5. Implementation
Once you have selected a vendor the next step is to implement and integrate it with the rest of your Martech.
Here I will work with your developer teams to deploy the solution and test it against your use cases.

6. Scale
A misconception is that once implemented, there is nothing less to do. However there needs to be product ownership within the business to ensure that the technology is used correctly.
